Rupit is an ancient mountain village that feels like a set from a medieval movie. 🏰⚔️ The buildings still look much the same as they did centuries ago — a real trip back in time 🧙♀️. But the best part is the nature around it: huge waterfalls and dramatic cliffs with breathtaking views. 🏔️🌲 Near Rupit you can choose from several different hikes, from easy to more challenging — including a visit to Catalonia’s tallest waterfall, Salt de Sallent 💦. You can also feed the local donkeys 🫏, climb up to a viewpoint above the cliff, and have a picnic with incredible scenery. 🧺✨ It’s probably one of the first day trips we’d recommend to anyone visiting Catalonia for the first time and wanting to see as much beauty as possible in one day. 😍
